Refund and Return Policy

By making a purchase with us, you agree to be bound by the following Return and Refund Policy, ideally read it in its entirety before submitting an order.

RETURNS
All sales on this site are final. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on any product purchased on this site unless it is defective in some way. If you receive a defective product or if the order you received differs from your intended purchase, we will accept returns within 15 business days of the date your package was received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging in which it was received. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also need to needle all returns to be accompanied by a written detailed statement. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, please contact our customer service department and ship your package to the following address:

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The refund will be made to the card used to make the payment in question, within a maximum of 30 working days.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@health-vibes.net and send your item to:

SHIPPING

Our products are shipped within 4 to 7 business days. We offer free shipping on any order, to all locations within Mexico. If you live outside of Mexico, additional shipping fees may apply. To return your product, you must mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
